HI! Our quote process is very simple… just fill out the form below telling us about your event, and we will provide a quote. This quote is an estimate only but it will be very close to your final price since there may be promotions and discounts available.
This quote is for DJ Services and options.
DJ Services include:
- MC Services
- Consultation – Support to client for event planning, operations, scheduling, music choices, customizing their event for a memorable experience. Various planned meetings will take place.
- Venue Survey – Once venue is picked, I do a survey to determine layout, power, internet service, acoustics, venue policies, parking, equipment entrance/exit, and venue POC.
- Creation of Event Worksheet – This establishes the music choices, other event parameters, other POCs like caterer, photographer, videographer, etc.
- Equipment Setup/Takedown – This usually requires 1-3 hrs before and after event.
Options Include:
Options:
- Karaoke – Provisions for a monitor are made along with song text on monitor along with sophisticated listing for singers, songs, and provisions for pitch and key changes to accommodate singer’s vocal range.
- Slide Show – You can supply digital images for your event and these will be displayed as a slide show at the event.
- Lights – This provides for an active light show that is synchronized to the music. Lights include wash lights, strobes, moving heads, gobos, spotlights, strobes, and color sequences based on event theme.
- Custom Laser Show – This provides for a custom laser show that has custom text and figures based on theme and party type. For example for a Birthday Party… laser text can call out the name of the birthday person and any other fun information about the “birthday person”.
- Fog Machine – This option is used when the “Dancing in the Clouds” experience is desired. It is very effective for weddings, quinceañeras, wedding anniversaries, sweet 16ths, etc. so that the couples are dancing on a cloud. Other type of fog used is really a Haze and is used in conjunction with lights to see the light beams.
- Photo Booth – This is a fun way to remember your event. Your guests can take their pictures, or create a GIF, or create a Boomerang, or Video with crazy props, backgrounds, and movements. The guests can send their pictures via SMS, email, or post to their favorite media service like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc. Also, the client will get ALL of the media created for their event as a gallery/album. This is customized in concert with the event theme.
- Event Promotion – This service creates a web page to promote the event and could even provide a funding page to help fund the event as a fundraiser. This fundraiser function would be priced separately.
- Basic Website Home page – This service creates a website for guests to learn about the event and to post comments. Extra features may include a gift page link (e.g. weddings).
- Event Video Master – This provides a video of event based on streaming services. This has two functions… to see a video of event (unedited), and to allow guests that cannot attend event physically, to see it online.
